Finally was able to come try this recently opened Tex-Mex restaurant in Gonzales after seeing so many wonderful photos of their food and drinks! Service was fast and friendly; the drinks - ice cold and delicious; the food - piping hot and fresh! I went with the lunch chicken fajitas today and a frozen mango margarita. The brunch menu looks great. Guess I'll have to get back down there again soon and order from one of those items! Be sure to give Agave Blue a try next time you're in town! You will be glad you did!

Such a great patio day, they have TVs, music, and very attentive staff. The atmosphere is excellent, with the lake and fountain. I’m not one to order a burger at a Mexican restaurant, but this was one of the most fresh, juicy burgers I have had. Watermelon margs are epic, and mocktails were perfect as well. If in Gonzales, this should be top of your list. Get the Churros for dessert, you will not regret it.
